How long will my order take?

Our lead times vary depending on the product. Below is a list of our current lead time by category.

Stage jackets – 8 weeks

Waistcoats – 8 weeks

Walking out Blazers (polyester) – 3 weeks 

Walking out Blazers (premium quality) – 8 weeks

Walking out Trousers – 8 weeks

Polo shirts with embroidery – 3 weeks

Soft Shells with embroidery – 3 weeks

Reversible Fleece with embroidery – 3 weeks

Do you offer a made to measure service?

Yes, all our stage jackets, waistcoats, trousers and premium blazers can be made to measure

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Which formats do you accept for artwork

For embroidery we can accept most formats including pdf, .eps, jpeg, tiff

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as cheque and bank transfer

I can’t see what I’m looking for. Do you supply it?

Probably! If it’s casualwear or formal band uniforms we can usually supply it. If you need help with your order, you can contact one of our helpful, informative and friendly team anytime between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, email or phone.

Where do I find size guides for your casual wear?

Due to the fact we stock items from a wide range of suppliers we don't have one generic size guide on our site. However we are committed to providing you with the latest size guides which are given to us by each brand/supplier. We can send these to you directly by contacting us on info@centrestageuniforms.com

What is your returns policy?

Goods deemed returnable are done so entirely at our own discretion except where the return of goods is as a result of the failure on the part of Centre Stage Uniforms to supply the relevant goods in accordance with the order. We will replace any customised item if it is faulty. But otherwise, we don’t offer returns or refunds on customised items. Plain garments can usually be returned for free for a replacement or a full refund, in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied. If you have not requested a return within 28 days of receiving your order, we will have assumed you are keeping the goods and will not authorise a return.
